While I have a laid-back personality and don't believe in "high pressure" tactics, I am a very aggressive salesperson, and I am fearless when it comes to asking for a sale. Many people don't realize how many homes go unsold because their Realtor isn't skilled in asking for the sale! I bring a wealth of knowledge to my profession. I have extensive personal knowledge in the purchase and sale of residential real estate as well as extensive Professional Real Estate Sales and Investment experience and training. My personal experience with both resale and new construction, and my knowledge of the Des Moines and surrounding areas, ideally position me to assist you with all of your real estate needs. This experience, combined with my 10+ years of Sales, Marketing and Real Estate Investment experience, make me a valuable resource in all types of real estate transactions. I hold a Marketing degree, and am highly educated in Marketing and Sales.
